Graeme Stephen Trio ft. Aidan O'Rourke, Stephen Henderson

Graeme Stephen, guitarist and composer is “world class and original” (London Jazz News) and one of the leading players in Scottish jazz, but he also has strong roots in Scottish traditional music.

In the traditional world, he works with the best, and you can’t get a bigger name in contemporary Scots music than Aidan O’Rourke, one of our finest traditional fiddlers, known worldwide with his band, Lau

Drummer, Stephen Henderson, is a brilliant foil for them, he’s a central figure in Glasgow’s thriving jazz and folk worlds, with Fergus McCreadie Trio, Dosca, and his own band, Modern Vikings.

So, tonight, we have an invigorating fresh take on the borderland between jazz and folk music, in the company of a unique band.
