Dinner Jazz: Marisha Addison Sings Peggy Lee
Dubbed the Queen of Cool, Peggy Lee’s bewitching vocal power, sultry swing, alluring tone and distinctive delivery, made her one of the most captivating artists of the vocal era. To mark the centenary of her birth, Marisha Addison fronts a crack band singing all Lee’s hits including “Why Don’t You Do Right, “Lover” “It’s Alright With Me”, “You Came A Long Way From St. Louis,” Mister Wonderful” and “Fever”.
Marisah is joined by Matthew Kilner (sax), Colin Black (guitar), Bryan Chalmers (bass), Richard Glassby (drums).
